I haven't really started to go through my sewing room, but I've already found a couple of rulers that I know I'll never use. In fact, they've never been opened! It's the Small and Large Quilt in a Day Flying Geese Rulers. So I'm giving them away.

Quilt in a Day Flying Geese Rulers |
If you'd like to add them to your collection, leave me a comment below. Why don't you let me know how long you've been sewing/quilting? Myself, I've been quilting for about 8 years now. I sure have learned a lot since I made that first quilt. (
Especially what a 1/4" really is!)
By the way, I'm going to be out of town this week on a quilt retreat (
yeah me!), so I'll draw a winner when I get back. (
Just make sure there's some way for me to contact you please.) I hope you have a fantastic week!
I'm not sure if I can join in from England Dee???

ReplyDeletei have been sew forever but quilting only a little over one year
ReplyDeleteI started sewing when I was twelve. I also started handwork at that age. I helped Mom make school cloths for myself and my older sister. I have been quilting for 15 years or so. The first quilt I pieced, I did not know to use a 1/4 th in seam! I have come a long way!
ReplyDeleteNan
I learned to sew when I was 13, but started sewing "for real" only 3 years ago.
ReplyDeleteI started quilting in 2007, but put it on a back burner in 2009 due to be laid off, and picked it up last fall.
ReplyDeleteI started hand sewing when i was about 10 and 'upgraded' to the sewing machine at 13 =)... wow. so i've been sewing for about 25 years.
